Take 5 Oil Change

I stopped by around 8:30 this morning I needed EVERYTHING done….oil change, filters changed, fluids topped off, coolant flush. The ENTIRE crew was friendly, funny, welcoming, and knowledgable. They explained to me everything that they were doing, explained all my options, and how much it would be before they did the work. As someone who doesn't know anything about cars it made me feel good to not have to ask or worry!! I knew I was in good hands!!! If you need your oil changed this is the place to do it at!!!

I recently came in for an oil change, and while the service took a little longer than expected, the staff kept me informed every step of the way. I especially want to thank Cindy for the amazing customer service experience. She took the time to explain a few items that may need attention or replacement in the future and made sure I fully understood what was needed and what options were available to me. I never felt pressured—just informed. I truly appreciated the transparency, communication, and professionalism. Thank you for making the experience a positive one! See yall in my next oil change!

I recently visited Take 5 on Wilkerson, and I had an absolutely fantastic experience thanks to Hunter, the mechanic! From the moment I pulled in, Hunter greeted me with a friendly smile and immediately made me feel like my car was in the best hands. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were top-notch. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was serviced perfectly. The level of customer care Hunter provided truly sets this location apart. The assistant manager performed all the work on my car and he was absolutely amazing! Everyone else was beyond pleasant and friendly. The service I received was impeccable. It’s the second time I got my oil serviced at this location and I have never felt so well taken care of. Although I was asked about things they thought might need replacing, I never felt pressured to do or buy anything! It was a wonderful experience. Thank you

Go to them it was quick and easy. They are the best. They Gave us complementary bottles of water while we waited in line. We waited in line for about 10 minutes for them to get to us. It only took a few minutes for the oil change. They also top off other fluids in the car and I’m pretty sure they checked the tire pressure. You get all of these services at a very cheap and reasonable price. I will be going back to this one. It was some of the best service I have had. Thank you so much to the guys at this location. The service was easy in and easy out. Most definitely go, give them a try I’m sure you won’t regret it
